Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and warehouse location.

Typical delivery timeframe is approximately 5–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to external factors.

Delays Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, peak periods such as Black Friday, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.

Graceful Pure will communicate known delays when applicable. Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Delivered but Not Received If tracking indicates “Delivered” but the customer has not received the package, the customer must complete a Proof of Delivery or Proof of Non‑Delivery form and cooperate with carrier investigations before a resolution can be provided.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Graceful Pure is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
